I hold an LLM from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” (2008) where I specialized in litigation and public administration.
I was admitted to the Sofia Bar Association in 2010, personal No. 1000536410.
I started my independent legal practice – Todorova Law Office – in 2017.
Before that, I was consequently Associate and Senior Associate at Stoeva, Kuyumdjieva & Vitliemov law firm in the period 2009 – 2017.
Over the years, I have worked with international companies, as well as with local SMEs and entrepreneurs. My practice is focused primarily on commercial, labour and administrative litigation and I have particular interest in cross-border litigation. Other relevant practice areas are related to public procurement and healthcare regulatory regimes – both humane medicine and animal welfare. I have noteworthy experience in corporate and commercial law.
As of April 2022, I am a registered mediator with the Unified Mediators’ Register in Bulgaria.
In addition to my native Bulgarian, I also speak English and Spanish.
