Court representation
Litigation is a key aspect of my practice.
I represent my clients in civil, commercial and administrative disputes, including in cross-border litigation.
My civil and commercial litigation practice is focused on cases related to:
- contract liability (breach or termination of contract);
- tort liability (such as damage to property, personal injury, etc.);
- unjust enrichment;
- disputes between shareholders;
- appeals of Commercial Register refusals;
- employment disputes.
It is closely related to my work in the field of Corporate & Commercial and Labour Law .
In addition to that, I also provide assistance with securing of court claims, advise and represent our clients in enforcement proceedings.
My practice in administrative litigation is focused on appeals of all types of administrative actions (permits, licenses and their revocation, secondary legislation) and administrative penalties.
Consultations
Litigation could be long and expensive.
Owing to this, when my advice is sought in regard to potential or pending disputes, I aim to suggest cost-effective options for their solution out of court.
I assist proactively in negotiations, with focus on the continuation of long-term business partnerships and promotion of the partners’ mutual benefit.
